On Monday, June 5th my son and I were returning to Sun Prairie from the Lake Superior Transportation Museum in Duluth. We were experiencing a lot of sway in our 30 foot travel trailer and were concerned as there didn't seem to be that much wind.
This is a great place to buy a camper! We just bought our second camper from Willie's! Perfect customer service!
We saw Willie's RV billboard along highway 53 and called the 888 phone number and Crystal answered. I briefly described the problem asking to speak with a mechanic or tech who is really familiar with Reese hitches and the sway problem we were having. Crystal connected me with Jim who said just stop by, pull up to the shop and ask for me.
The worst service department I have ever dealt with!!! They promise things and NEVER follow through!!! If it isn't a warranty issue they don't want to do anything with it!!! I bought a new fifth wheel there and had alot of problems with it, they tried to repair some YES ONLY SOME of the problems and it came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I will NEVER deal with them again and I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
We can't say enough about their care and service - especially Jim - to total strangers who were having a problem on the highway!!

We were able to travel at highway speeds all the way home whereas before we didn't want to go over 60 mph, especially when semi-trucks were passing.
We were there about 30-40 minutes later and met Jim who looked over our hitch set-up. We didn't have the equalizer bars set properly and he recommended hooking up our sway control. After that was done he said, "Everything looks fine, give it a try."
WE DID AND IT SOLVED THE PROBLEM!!
They were very friendly I did not buy an RV but I pulled over in their parking lot with a car issue and they help me the best they could all be very polite and friendly
Worst place ever yo have any warranty work or just plain work done on your camper. I had called and explained what was wrong to both Jim Lean and Brian. I had made a list of everything we had talked about and asked that they please repair everything properly and not take any shortcuts. I left it on the counter in the camper when I dropped it off. I also put sticky notes on everything. Well what they did fix they took shortcuts, caused damage to our camper and personal property. They used the cheapest parts and "made" it work. We had to drive and drop it off 4 times and drive to pick it up 4 times at 3 hours per round trip plus the cost of fuel. They even replaced parts that were a different color and didn't match even after they asked our preference they ignored what we wanted and put the mismatched parts on. I have all the emails and voicemails to back up everything I have said.
