I have almost always had a good experience in dealing with Bloomer Ford. I have taken my 2003 Ford Explorer there for servicing for 5 years. I bought a 2010 Ford Taurus there 1 year ago and I am satisfied with the car as well as the price and the people I encountered there. Friendly and easy to talk with. I would by another Ford from them.

I had a problem with my 2016 ford fusion. Approaching a stop sign I applied the brakes and the engine revved up. I pushed down on the brake with more force and shifted the transmission into neutral. The engine immediately revved up. I then turned off the ignition. After starting the car again there was no problem. After that episode I called up the ford dealer in Bloomer WI and made an appointment to have the car checked out . After doing a diagnostic test the computer indicated that the throttle body assembly needed to be replaced. They completed the recommendation , washed the car and since I have had no repeat occurrence.
This was the first time in a long time that I had no pressure to purchase anything extra. The people I interacted with were very pleasant and upbeat. In previous visits there always seemed to be new tires needed or something else that involved more cost. That person seems to be missing now and I am really impressed with the people that I dealt with on my last visit. I would now very much recommend you to friends.
