It was much better food then i haved ever had in any in rice lake
Although things are not always perfect when I visit this Hardee's, the people that work there are always willing to go out of their way to make things right. That kind of customer service is what anyone would want from a business.
It's a Hardy's fast chow at great prices. This location was clean, people helping you are nice and I enjoyed my food more than anything. Happy to return any other day.
Service was good, but food smelled like and full of grease. Never again.
Order was screwed up initially. Ordered a sandwich, a 10-piece chicken tenders box and a large curly fries. Received 2 5 piece chicken tenders, the sandwich with small fries in the basket, as it would be with a combo. I also ordered one strawberry and two chocolate hand-dipped shakes . Received two strawberry shakes and a chocolate shake, mentioned to order taker, who said okay we'll fix it. They added literally five fries to the combo and remade the chocolate shake taking away the strawberry shake. While one would think that this fix the problem, the shakes were heavily whipped and runny much like they were just whipped cream and no ice cream clearly not hand-dipped. Call Nathan exact same order at other Hardee's restaurants and never received this.
